Imagine someone who had a successful career and believed she was happy professionally? I had my own company, worked on major cultural projects, had already had incredible experiences such as writing books, plays and working with famous people, but I wasn't happy.

I was already past the second half of my life and I believed it was impossible to still experience major changes in life. 

But I was wrong...

It was only when I started looking into my shadows and accessing my subconscious that I realized a complete ego imbalance.

The process of understanding who I truly am began there and it was only from this moment that I gained the courage to make a 180-degree turnaround in my life, give up successful contracts, start from scratch in a new career, move to Italy after 9 years in Canada and still feeling light like I had never imagined.

Looking at yourself will allow you to be aware of who you truly are and to fully enjoy the second half of your life.

HOW CAN THERAPY WITH ME HELP YOU?

Psychotherapy is a therapeutic process conducted by a qualified professional who seeks to help you deal with emotional, psychological, behavioral and interpersonal problems.

I work with the Jungian approach, also known as Analytical Psychology. It comprises a branch of psychology founded by Carl Gustav Jung and focuses on the deep exploration of the human psyche, both at the conscious and unconscious levels, with the aim of promoting its integral development and individuation.

This process involves the integration of conscious and unconscious elements of the psyche, allowing you to become a more complete, authentic and balanced version of yourself.

Throughout our meetings, we work with Dreams, Active Imagination, exploration of Symbols and Images through Cultural and Mythological Associations, Art and Creative Expressions, as well as aspects of personality that have been repressed or denied in a safe and confidential space so that you can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors and experiences.

We act collaboratively. You and I are active partners throughout the analysis process. Meetings take place online on a weekly basis. The sessions last 50 minutes.
