My childhood in Brazil was clocked by the slamming of suitcases made and defeated by my parents. During their absences, it was the books that kept me company. Little by little, I began to write in diaries with small golden locks. It was there that I discovered that I could write my feelings since I could not tell anyone. Being a writer has become my destination.

I grew up showing an image of strong, independent woman. And it is in my texts that I put all the fragility that I have in me.

In 2014, as if to fill the holes of my childhood, I left Brazil and arrived in Canada. In this new country, I seek the courage to finally give voice to the things that populate my inner world, now in French and English.
